To help us provide you with a quality service, we kindly ask that anybody intending to use our services review and agree to the following terms.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Welcome to Trident Auto Detailing LLC (Trident Auto Detailing). By accessing our website,  booking our services, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

​These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trident Auto Detailing ("we," "our," "us," or "Company") regarding your use of our mobile auto detailing services.

APPOINTMENTS, BOOKING & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

When you book with Trident Auto Detailing,  you agree to the following:

  • You affirm that you are the owner of the vehicle being serviced, and if not, can provide satisfactory proof that you have authorization from the registered owner of the vehicle for services to be completed

  • You agree to have the vehicle unlocked and accessible, and can provide your keys to the technician if needed for the service to be completed.

  • You agree to have the vehicle parked in your personal driveway or secure parking lot of your workplace and understand that services cannot be carried out on a vehicle parked on the roadway.

  • You agree to remove all personal items from the inside of your vehicle for any interior detail service

  • You understand that Trident Auto Detailing does not handle, move, or assume responsibility for personal property left inside the vehicle and will perform services only on accessible surfaces. Items left in the vehicle may limit the scope and effectiveness of cleaning in affected areas.

  • ​You agree to foster a safe environment for technicians servicing your vehicle, including:

    • Ensuring foreign objects (boxes, wires, other cars, etc.) aren't introduced to the work area

    • Keeping household animals leashed or otherwise secure while outdoors

    • Keeping kids and other persons outside of the service area to avoid exposure to chemicals, high pressured water, or other hazards.

    • Refraining from engaging in any activity that could directly or indirectly cause harm to the technician(s)

CANCELLATION POLICY

24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of a booked appointment. Any appointment cancelled less then 24 hours in advance will be billed 30% of the total value (after tax) of the booked services.

No-Shows: Any appointment in which the client is not present to allow service to begin will be billed 50% of the total value (after tax) of the booked services at the discretion of the company.

Cancellation fees ensure the company is not at a total loss as other appointments could have been booked.

SERVICE EXPECTATIONS

Trident Auto Detailing strives for a high standard of quality across every detail, but it is important that the following expectations are understood:

  • Stain Removal: While high quality and professional products and extraction equipment is used to remove stains, some stains may be permanent or extremely difficult to remove safely. Results cannot be guaranteed for each and every stain.

  • Pre-Existing Damage: Trident Auto Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage including but not limited to dents, scratches, chips, mechanicals issues, and any other wear and tear that existed prior to the service.

  • Customer Liability: Certain services such as ceramic headlight restoration require specific instructions that the client must follow after the service is complete. Failure to follow provided guidelines can result in a poorer quality service in which Trident Auto Detailing is not liable for.

  • Paint Condition: Not all scratches or paint imperfections can be extracted or fully corrected without repainting the vehicle. Realistic expectations and results will be communicated between the technician and client for paint correction services.

  • Power and Water Connections: Trident Auto Detailing will provide extension cords, usually 50-100ft in length, but require a water and power source to connect to. Persons interested in services should ensure that these connects are available at the service location. If that is not possible, the individual should contact Trident Auto Detailing to inquire if there are any alternatively locations with better connectivity options.

PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change based on the per-service inspection process. Trident Auto Detailing will communicate final prices for service prior to starting, and will not complete any addons or complete fee-based services (such as pet hair) without obtaining authorization from the client. 

  • The company reserves the right to require a down payment for certain services or customers.

  • Payment is due at completion of the service unless a different deadline is communicated and authorized by Trident Auto Detailing.

  • Trident Auto Detailing accepts all major credit and debit card providers, cash, zelle, and other approved met.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent provided by law:

  • Trident Auto Detailing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question

  • We are not responsible for damage to aftermarket parts, accessories, or modifications that were not properly installed or secured

  • We are not liable for items left in vehicles during service

  • Natural weathering, fading, or deterioration that occurs after our service is not covered

If you believe damage occurred during our service, you must notify us within 72 hours and provide photographic documentation via email. Claims made after this period may not be honored.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

Trident Auto Detailing is a 100% mobile business that is subsequently subjected to the elements of extreme heat, rain, and other weather conditions. In cases of extreme heat, rain, or related conditions:

  • We may need to reschedule your appointment to another date or time at no cost to you

  • Garage access for certain services are preferred (such as headlight restoration

  • We will contact you as soon as possible if an appointment needs to be rescheduled for weather reasons

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is property of Trident Auto Detailing and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

MARKETING & REVIEWS

By booking our services, you grant us permission to use before and after photos, as well as feedback for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, such disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in accordance with Pennsylvania law. Arbitration shall take place in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

ALTERATION OF TERMS

​We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting to our website. By continuing to use our services after such changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

GOVERNING LAWS & SEVERABILITY

These terms are governed by and developed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
